Kitchen Science

Spend each morning with a KidsQuest educator as we delve into the science behind the food we eat. Get excited as we explore chemical reactions that occur when baking, discover how to create fireworks using milk, and extract DNA from strawberries. Our afternoons will be spent examining the sustainability and seasonality as we mix, whip, bake, and boil our way to delicious snacks and meals made from locally sourced fruits and vegetables. Discover how a seed sprouts and grows, learn about decomposition, and have opportunity to cook with unique produce.

Children will be expected to wear a mask for the duration of camp. 


Capacity is reduced to accommodate social distancing and state guidelines.

Full day camp, from 9:00AM-4:00PM, for children ages 7-10.
