Learn how the changes of pregnancy and birth can affect a mother’s muscles, joints, and nervous system; understand conditions and treatments of issues that commonly arise in the postpartum period (including neck pain, headaches, latch issues, and diastasis recti); and learn tips to decrease discomfort and increase function.
