Reservation Details:
You may arrive anytime within your check-in window. Accommodation of early or late check-ins will depend on museum capacity. Please arrive during your scheduled time to guarantee your reservation.
Please note, the museum closed at 3:00pm for our monthly Low Sensory Afternoon.
Please reserve spots for all people in your group. Walk-in space is limited and subject to availability. Maximum of eight people per group.
Museum Members are free! Online reservations are still required. Ticket barcodes, digital membership card, or photo ID are required at check-in.
All sales are non-refundable. 48-hours notice is required to reschedule.

Museums for All tickets are available! For visitors with EBT, WIC, CHIP, Provider One, Apple Health, or Foster Parent cards admission is $3/person. Please enter museumsforall in the discount code line to receive your special pricing! Please note, proof of eligibility will be required at check-in.

Due to Microsoft rules, Prime Card tickets are no longer available for pre-order online. Prime Cardholders will be accommodated as walk-in space allows. Please call ahead to check availability.
KidsQuest continues to follow local, state, and CDC guidelines and does not currently have a mask mandate in place. We do, however, still encourage masks when visiting our indoor museum.
