"Beyond Behavior Management" This popular book by Jenna Bilmes looks at children's needs beyond just the behaviors that they use to adjust to life's demands. In this session we will explore what children are really saying or asking for in their behaviors. Understanding more about their social emotional needs will help us explore strategies for dealing with challenges and giving children the tools they need to grow and thrive.
